1. Use of the App

The App allows users to upload images and audio files, process them using AI-based features, and share or export processed content. You may use the App only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of any images, audio files, or other content you upload to the App (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload and use your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any law or infringe the rights of any third party

You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of uploading, processing, sharing, or exporting it.

3. License to Process User Content

By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to upload, store, process, analyze, modify, transmit, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality, including AI-based processing. This license ends when your User Content is deleted from our systems, except where retention is required for legal or operational purposes.

4. AI Processing and Outputs

The App uses automated and AI-based systems to process User Content. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and creative purposes only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for certain uses. You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating any results before use
• We do not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice

5. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services (such as cloud infrastructure, AI services, and APIs) to process User Content and provide functionality. We do not control and are not responsible for the operation or outputs of third-party services. Your use of the App may be subject to third-party terms and policies.

6. Sharing and Exporting Content

If you choose to share or export content from the App, you are solely responsible for how that content is distributed and used by others. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from shared or exported content.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to upload, process, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or abusive
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or User Content.

11. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
